“Working with Cyan through Savor and Soar was profoundly healing for me, far beyond nutrition alone. I came into her coaching carrying a lot of nutritional trauma. Years of distrust in my body, confusion around food, and patterns shaped more by fear and external rules than by care.

Cyan created a space that felt safe, patient, and deeply respectful. She helped me gently identify where those wounds came from and, more importantly, how they were still living in my body. Rather than prescribing rigid plans or “fixing” me, she guided me back into relationship with myself.

Through her support, I learned how to listen to my body again, to trust hunger, fullness, cravings, and intuition without shame. She taught me how to nourish myself with whole foods in a way that felt grounded, flexible, and sustainable, not restrictive or punishing. For the first time, food became something supportive instead of something I braced against.
